Description

The new generation rubbing compound, “i-SOLAR”, is developed in order to adapt a modern paint surface, such as polyurethane hard clear coat. Specially designer sharped Alumina, newly developed abrasive particle, can generate strong but delicate cutting, which gives excellent deeper gloss, only by this polish. With woll buff, “i-SOLAR” can remove paper grid over 1500. And with hard foam buff, i-SOLAR can remove paper grid over 2000. New quick volatile additive gives quick polishing without splash and caking. “i-SOLAR’’ is safer and healthy product as it doesn’t contain “Crystalline silica” which is nominated in category 1 harmful substance.

Method of application

1. Please confirm that there is no dart on the paint surface and the surface is perfectly dried.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Apply small quantity of i-SOLAR on the paint surface or buff and then spead over area to be rectified.
4. Applying light to medium pressure, start the machine.
5. As compound began to dry. Recommended to use fine cloth for wiping out after polishing.
6. Recommended Pad: Wool Pad (to remove paper grid 1500), Hard foam buff (to remove paper grid 2000). Recommended polisher speed: 1000-1500 rpm
